How to offline install .NET Framework 3.5 on Windows 8 or 8.1

If you cannot connect to the Internet, you can enable the .NET Framework 3.5 offline by using the windows 8.1 DVD or ISO image its take few seconds very simple and easy. Follow me step by step.

Windows 8.1 Offline Dot Net 3.5

1. Hope that you have managed windows 8.1 DVD then enter W 8.1 DVD in to DVD-ROM or if you have ISO image then extract ISO image.
2. In Windows 8.1 open a Command Prompt window with administrative credentials (choose Run as administrator). 
3. To install the .NET Framework 3.5 from installation media located in the H:\sources\sxs directory, use the following command and Hit enter.
4. NOTE: Change directory H with your windows 8.1 DVD or ISO directory
   
   

   DISM /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx3 /All /LimitAccess /Source:h:\sources\sxs

    Now wait few seconds until complete the processes well after complete go to
   Control Panel> Click Programs > Click Turn windows features on or off.
